Proper ordering of x-axis in volatility control charts

Hello,

I've noticed that the x-axis in the control charts produced by qiime longitudinal volatility in the longitudinal tutorial is not consistent. In the first two plots (group comparison and delivery: vaginal), time in months is arranged in chronological order, as I would think it should be. However, in the third plot, months 7, 14, and 20 are displaced and come after month 28. Is there a reason for this or is this a bug?

I have the same inconsistency with my own data. The group comparison plot has an appropriately ordered x-axis (BL, PT, W0, W1, W2, W3) but two of the individual plots do not.

Thanks!

Hi @Adrian_08,
Thank you for posting — this is a known bug that has been repaired in the development version. This fix will be available in the 2017.10 release of QIIME 2 that will come out late next week.

Thanks!
