# Problem with taxonomy classifier

The new version of qiime is using a different version of scikit-learn so you'll have to retrain your classifiers. Alternatively you can look for pre-trained classifiers such as these [I made for silva database](https://forum.qiime2.org/t/silva-132-classifiers-341f-806r-region/11270), or the [official ones](https://docs.qiime2.org/2019.7/data-resources/), which also includes green genes.
