I am getting plugin error from feature classifier, while training a classifier
my Command
qiime feature-classifier fit-classifier-naive-bayes
--i-reference-reads ref_seqs.qza
--i-reference-taxonomy silva132_97_ref_taxonomy.qza
--o-classifier classifier.qza
running Qiime 2 in Virtual Machine
qiime2-q2cli-err-oqaej96y.txt (2.7 KB)
