When I am going to train my own classifier by "qiime feature-classifier fit-classifier-naive-bayes" command, but it remind me a error tip. My computer was installed a 16GB RAM. AndI have allocate 12GB RAM for the ubuntun. But it still give me the error tip. Is there any wrong setting I had setted? Or it really need a bigger RAM like 32GB?

Training a classifier requires quite a lot of RAM and it is not surprising that 12 Gb is not enough. You need or more memory or you can download already trained classifier
