Pairwise analysis - same sample at different time points

Hello :wave: :qiime2:

I'm interested in doing pairwise analysis on the same sample but at different time points.
How can I do this type of comparison for multiple samples? (without combining each group - not group A vs. group B but rather sample 1A vs 1B, 2A vs. 2B etc.).
