otu relative abundance table at genus level

There is a question bothering me long time.
How can I get an otu relative abundance table from feature-table(otu table)?

Hi @gaolei,

Check out the relative frequency function in the q2-feature-table plugin. This will give you a relative abundnace table; if you need it outside of QIIME, you will need to export it. The community contributions section. has a lot of export options.

For that, you’ll need to collapse the taxonomy, see the collapse method.
