I want to use a database other than greengene in qiime2.
We have created the files otu.qza and taxonomy.qza for the database.
The sample has progressed to dada2.
Please tell me how to use another database with files from dada2

Have you checked out the Training feature classifiers with q2-feature-classifier tutorial? It may be helpful in figuring out how to import the sequences.
