Hi! I am trying to get the shannon diversity plots for my 16S data. I am using the core-metrics in qiime2. However, I am getting this error:
None of the sample identifiers match between the metadata and the coordinates. Verify that you are using metadata and coordinates corresponding to the same dataset.

I have checked that the sample ID in my table.qza file is same as in the metadata file. I am really confused as to why I am still getting the error. I am new to the qiime2 platform and any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
