Hi. I used 12S and 16S mammal primers and I am interested in assigning taxonomy using Qiime 2, but I cannot seem to find a classifier. Does anyone know how I can find a classifier or a classifier that they know of that I can use?

The 16S one is easy enough and pre-trained classifiers are available through the data resource page.. Not sure I’ve seen anyone with 12S around here, but note that you can always train your own classifiers too, see the tutorial for that here.
