It seems QIIME2 is installed finally!
However, I have this error message when run" conda activate qiime2-2018.8". Is there anything I need to do?

It looks like you missed a step to optionally configure conda when installing miniconda. You can either follow the directions listed in that message, or, activate using source activate blah.
