I have been having troubles with this command and associated metadata.
diversity alpha-group-significance
The metadata was successfully validated with Keemei, but the command log produces an error:
Plugin error from diversity:_
Metadata does not contain any columns that satisfy this visualizer's requirements. There must be at least one metadata column that contains categorical data, isn't empty, doesn't consist of unique values, and doesn't consist of exactly one value._
Debug info has been saved to /var/folders/sm/y772xpyd14l_4gh43t005brm0000gs/T/qiime2-q2cli-err-0dqa6gnu.log_
