merging libraries after cutadapt

Hello colleagues,
I have a small question for you.
Can I merge my different libraries after cutadapt procedure? (last time I did it after DADA2 step, but this time I want to save my time if it is possible to do that one step early).

Hi @TurboQiimer,

Dada2 assumes that you’re running it on a single sequencing run, so merging libraries before denoising might be a problem.
