merge demultiplexed (.qza) files not feature table

Hello Everyone…
Is it possible to combine/merge the demultiplexed (.qza) files, not the feature-tables? I want to merge D1.qza and D2.qza together and then go for DADA2 pr deblur.

Not in the current release of QIIME 2. You need to merge these at importing, e.g., import demultiplexed sequences using a manifest describing all sequences that you want merged.

That’s fine for deblur, but dada2 operates best on a per-run level so you should denoise and then merge the feature tables and sequences.
