is there a script or a command to loop over all output files (\*-deblur-stats.qza, \*-rep-seqs.qza, \*-table.qza) and merge them ?

Hi @lmanchon,  
Perhaps [this thread](https://forum.qiime2.org/t/providing-multiple-artifacts-for-qiime-feature-table-merge-and-qiime-feature-table-merge-seq/2472) has some hints on what you're trying to do?
