Hi there, I am trying to make an ASV table with taxonomic information, to be used with an online sotware Microbiome Analyst. They suggest using the following commands: make_otu_table.py -i otu_map.txt -t tax_assignments.txt -o otu_table.biom. However, it yields the following error in my command line.
Hi @Man, the commands you are sharing above are QIIME 1 commands - QIIME 2 is a completely different software package. Please check the user documentation at https://docs.qiime2.org for details on how to get started.
