We lost some files after a computer died. We want to do a permanova on some beta diversity data. We have meta-data filtered table.qza files left but not the aggregate. Is there a fast way to recombine the data? If we could, then we could just start over at the “align-to-tree-mafft-fasttree \” command and avoid having to import everything again, right?
Hi @rward1,
If you have multiple filtered tables which collectively have all of your samples/features, then you should be able to use feature-table merge and feature-table merge-seqs to put them back together.
Otherwise, you may need to start over further upstream.
