Thank you for sharing your question. I have another question on the representative sequences after dada2 filtering. After I get the rep-seqs that came from 16S (V4) amplicon sequencing, Is it possible to do a length sorting on rep-seqs to remove the sequence that is out of range? The correct length should be 251~-254bp. If a representative sequence is around 300bp, I want to delete it. Is there a plugin that can help me to do this?
