iontorrent and variable regions using qiime2

Regions v2,3,4,6,7,8,9 were sequenced using Ion Torrent.

  1. When filtering with dada2, can we only consider the size of the entire library?

  2. Do I need to modify the region when using the GreenZine db?

Please let me know if there are any additional modifications to the general workflow

I haven’t done any work with IonTorrent data myself, but there are some great discussions here on the forum. Have you looked through any other topics here? This one is a great place to start on IonTorrent and DADA2.
