I first run "locale",and then "locale -a",they have the same problem as follows,

but i also found the en_US.utf8 by run "locale -a".
next i run the commands as you offered,
[wangd@localhost ~]$ export LC_ALL=en_US.utf8
-bash: warning: setlocale: LC_ALL: cannot change locale (en_US.utf8)
-bash: warning: setlocale: LC_ALL: cannot change locale (en_US.utf8)
It looks like i can't do that.
