In Miniconda on a linux operating system and I want to update the new version qiime2-2023.5.
Is there someone who can guide me ?
Also is it mandatory to use the new version of qiime2?

Just install any version of Qiime2 - they will be installed in different environments and do not depend on each other.

It is not mandatory, but there are a lot of new changes and improvements in each new release!
