importing own data

Hi @saldouri, I appreciate the screenshots!

The last screenshot is confirming what QIIME 2 already told you: there is no file called B1_6-16S_V3-V4_BPHVY_CGATCAGT-CTAAGCCT_L001_R1.fastq located at /Users/hamed/malak/.

Where are your sequencing files located at? A screenshot of that information would be very valuable for us to continue to provide assistance.

You are great , my problem has solved

so that is what I did according to your suggestion

First , I upload the sequencing files to malak folder as you see it in the screenshoot

Second, I used this command
ls -la /Users/hamed/malak/B1_6-16S_V3-V4_BPHVY_CGATCAGT-CTAAGCCT_L001_R1.fastq

and it really find it where it is located

Third, I used the coomand of an importing data and it is finally imported as you see in the screenshoot

many many appreciate for this great team , i spent more than three weeks trying to solve it and finally it did by your efforts.
