Import Data from MG-RAST

I would like to import biom tables from MG-RAST analysis to Qiime2 pipeline. What is the command I can use?

Hi @osamaali,
I am not sure what the exact biom format of MG-RAST biom tables would be, but instructions for importing a biom table to a QIIME2 feature table are located here.
