I really wanna know about this

I want to know about “otu_table_mc2_w_no_pynast_failures.biom” file please help me!!

I know the “otu_table_mc2.biom & otu_table_mc2_w_tax.biom”

How about this one “otu_table_mc2_w_no_pynast_failures.biom”

I thought that “otu_table_mc2_w_tax.biom” minus pynast failures

is that right?

And I have one more question

If I use silva database, Do not need to use pynast?

because pynast is base on the Greengene.

I’ve moved this topic to “Other Bioinformatics Tools” since it relates to PyNAST.
The QIIME 2 team focuses more on QIIME 2 support, but if you were to elaborate a bit on your question and what you are trying to accomplish, perhaps someone else on the forum can assist. :slight_smile:
