Thanks for running ancom on your server. You're right, data is quite big. I am aware of it. In 2019, we have done the same analysis on qiime2. Everything was fine. Numerous features could be the reason for this. Sure, I will try to run ancombc and update you. I have a request that if you have successfully completed ancom. Kindly share the output file. It would be a great help from your side.

Circling back on this - ancom was running on my machine for 23 hrs before I ended up terminating the process. I think that ancombc might be your best bet with a dataset this large - try running it and let me know if you are successful!

Thanks for running analysis for me. Its just like something similar happened with my analysis too. I kept more than 30 hours. I will try run ancombc for my analysis.
