Hi,

Right now, you cannot run multiple metrics in one command in Qiime2. However, it can be done using the [Python API](https://docs.qiime2.org/2019.10/interfaces/artifact-api/) using a for loop. You can see an example [here](https://forum.qiime2.org/t/multiple-metrics-in-a-single-command-qiime-diversity-alpha/13508/4). Otherwise, you can just use a bash script and run each metric separately like they do [here](https://forum.qiime2.org/t/how-to-calculate-alpha-diversity-using-many-different-metrics-in-one-command/13669/11).

To see a list of all of the input options and their explanations, check out [this list](https://forum.qiime2.org/t/alpha-and-beta-diversity-explanations-and-commands/2282).

Best,
Stephanie
