How to make a metadata.tsv?

Hi, I have files below:
R1Index.fastq, R2Index.fastq, mapping.txt
Could you please let me know how to make a metadata.tsv file?

We can’t really tell you what to put in this file - it should be the study-specific information relevant to the questions you are trying to answer! Please see the Metadata in QIIME 2 tutorial for more details.
