How to import raw data on qiime

Hey there @Nouha! QIIME 2 was not able to access a file at the location /home/qiime2/Downloads/MI.M00833_0684.001.BioOHT_20rc.20NM_R1.fastq.qz — does the file exist? If it does, do you have permission to read it? We can double check - can you run the follow command and provide the full output: ls -lah /home/qiime2/Downloads/ Thanks!
