Hi everyone!

I would like to export the rep-seq after denoising of my data in a way that I obtain a final table with only 3 columns, OTU ID, length, and sequence.

Is this possible?

Thanks in advance, Jose.

Hi @jose_gacia, please see the [general documentation](https://docs.qiime2.org/2020.8/), specifically the docs regarding [exporting](https://docs.qiime2.org/2020.8/tutorials/exporting/).

🙂
