how can i import other type reference database in QIIME2?
I want to know if it is possible to import in QIIME2 when taxonomy and seqeunce are combined in one file like the attached file.

Hi @HANA ,

I am afraid you need to preprocess the file to separate the sequences and their taxonomy into two different files, then you can proceed with the import.
You may need a bit of scripting skills to do this.
