How can i get my samples barcodes for metadata construction?

The sample barcodes will be determined by whomever created the sequencing library. This is all determined during library preparation. So if your lab prepared these samples for sequencing, your lab should have this record. If you sent out samples for sequencing to a core resource or service lab, they should have provided you with a list of barcodes for each sample.
