# Help merging metadata with biom file

Hi Matt,  
Thank you for this post!  
I am having some trouble with this because in the last command I cannot substitute the feature by the taxonomy! I did everything exactly was you describe here... can you help?

I'm not Matt, but I might be able to help.

Can you post the exact command you ran and any error messages you received?
