Heatmap plugin erroe Image size of 123670x615 pixels is too large. It must be less than 2^16 in each direction.

Dear Fellow
I attempted to generate heatmap by using following default command

qiime feature-table heatmap
–i-table table.qza
–m-metadata-file Sample_metadata.txt
–m-metadata-column Description
–o-visualization heatmap.qzv

I had 10 samples in two groups.
I recieved following error.
Please advise

Plugin error from feature-table:

Image size of 123670x615 pixels is too large. It must be less than 2^16 in each direction.

Debug info has been saved to /tmp/qiime2-q2cli-err-0afo77qp.log

Please advise.

Your heatmap is too large! Filter out some features before attempting to visualize. See here:

Hi Nicholas

I tried using qiime feature-table filter-features to filter OTUs with minimum 1, 10, and 100 frequency. using below command
qiime feature-table filter-features
–i-table table.qza
–p-min-frequency 100
–m-metadata-file Sample_metadata.txt
–p-min-samples 1
–p-no-exclude-ids
–o-filtered-table table100.qza
Everytime I get a filtered table of 17kb size while the input table size is 189kb.
When I put this output filtered table table100.qza in the
qiime feature-table heatmap
then i get this error
"Plugin error from feature-table: ‘Cannot visualize an empty table.’

If I put output table100.qza in qiime feature-table summarize
it gives me this error

Plugin error from feature-table: ids_to_keep must contain at least one ID.

Please help.

Sounds like you filtered all features out of your table. You should check out your feature table with qiime feature-table summarize to see how many reads you have per feature and what you can afford to filter out.
