Hey guys, I pretend to start to work with mycobiome analysis with Ion PGM
All the tutorials I found are related to Illumina. Its anyone working with Ion PGM?

There are many people here on the forum working with IonTorrent data in QIIME 2, and quite a few good discussions of the topic. Give those a read, and feel free to open new topics here if you have specific questions.
