Hi @Jasmine84! Have you had a chance to review the [Exporting Tutorial](https://docs.qiime2.org/2017.12/tutorials/exporting/)? That guide will get you up to speed when it comes to getting your data out of QIIME 2. As far as ITOL goes, there was a thread here a few weeks ago that might be relevant to you:
