Hello, I am working with 16S rrna data abtained from Illumina and I am trying to feature classifier extract reads using V3 V4 primers. I had "No matches found" error. Any ideas?

Those primers look very long . Are those only the PCR primers, or do you have sequencing primers/adapters in there too? You should only provide the PCR primers to this method.
