Hi @kyeong_yun , It sounds like you don't have enough data for a comparison. Your columns are either all unique values (`#SampleID`, `Description`, and `Type`) or only consist of one value (`BodySite`). You're going to have a really hard time doing any statistics with just two samples. (We had a big discussion about some of that [here](https://forum.qiime2.org/t/comparing-beta-diversity-between-samples-not-groups/7981), recently.) However, the long and short of it is that you can't do statitics with just two samples, and that there are no comparisons to be made.
