Error when installing qiime2 2020.2 (new topic)

Hi everybody,
I’m trying to install the new version of qiime2 (v=220.2) via conda with the following command:
wget -c https://data.qiime2.org/distro/core/qiime2-2020.2-py36-linux-conda.yml
and the following error has ocurred:

I thought for a variety of ways, but failed to successfully installed.Has anyone had this problem? How can I solve it? Thank you!

I used the forum search tool to see whether anyone else has had this problem. When I searched your error message:

443… failed: Connection refused.
