Error: No such command "feature-classifier"

Hi everyone
I am running QIIME2 for my microbial analysis. Now I am in the step of taxonomic assignment. For that, I downloaded silva database from https://data.qiime2.org/2018.4/common/silva-119-99-nb-classifier.qza
my version of QIIME2

System versions
Python version: 3.5.5
QIIME 2 release: 2018.4
QIIME 2 version: 2018.4.0
q2cli version: 2018.4.0

Installed plugins
alignment: 2018.4.0
composition: 2018.4.0
cutadapt: 2018.4.0
dada2: 2018.4.0
deblur: 2018.4.0

sample-classifier: 2018.4.0
taxa: 2018.4.0
types: 2018.4.0
vsearch: 2018.4.0

when I run the following command:
qiime feature-classifier classify-sklearn --i-classifier silva-119-99-nb-classifier.qza --i-reads rep-seqs.qza --o-classification taxonomy.qza

I am getting the following error:
Usage: qiime [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]…

Error: No such command “feature-classifier”

Can you pls guide me

Hmm, what happened here @steffi?!

It looks like you have an incomplete installation - everything is there but q2-feature-classifier…

Anyway, what I would do is remove this environment:

source deactivate
conda env remove -n qiime2-2018.4

and then, reinstall. Hope that gets you moving in the right direction! :t_rex:

Thank you.it is working now.
