Error In Manifest File

Attempting to input single end fastq manifest files but the error message below continues to pop up. I am unsure if ALL of the files are Phred 33 or 64 but I have tried both ways.
source activate qiime2-2018.11
qiime tools import \

–type ‘SampleData[SequencesWithQuality]’
–input-path Desktop/Martiny/NPAnalysis/Nwprt16-18.txt
–output-path single-end-demux.qza
–input-format SingleEndFastqManifestPhred33

Error Message: Desktop/Martiny/NPAnalysis/Nwprt16-18.txt is not a(n) SingleEndFastqManifestPhred33 file:
