Hi Again!

I have collapsed my features table at level 6, that is genus. Ideally it must have all unique genera.
But the table I have, has duplicates.
For eg: let say genus "Prevotella". I have this genus with different abundance values for each sample.
I also have "[Prevotella]", in square brackets.it also has some values for each sample.

How is it possible?
Genus is same but still it is REPEATING.

Best
Nisha
