Hi all,
I have R1, R2, I1, I2 and a barcodes.fastq file. Is there any way I could use QIIME2 to process and analyze the data or will I have to find a different program to run this data?
Hello @SNOSO, not currently, but when QIIME 2 2023.7 is released there should be support for this. There is one caveat described here
