I want to proceed with dada2.
I want to cut the front part of 20base. How do I set it?

You probably want to use q2-dada2’s --p-trim-left-f parameter.

Hi @kimshinseung,

Can i add that the help documentation is fabulous for the CLI API and super easy to use. You can just pass the name of the command followed by the --help flag. So, in your case, you can get the information from the command,

qiime dada2 denoise-single --help

NGL, I think I have the help documentation to get the flags right open basically every time I run a new command.
