Create OTU with QIIME2

Hi
Is there a way to make a file created by running DADA2 externally with OTU TABLE? I want to create only OTU TABLE using QIIME2

Hi @shinseung,

I’m not sure what your question is. You can make an OTU table using DADA2 in QIIME, or you can import a feature table generated elsewhere. There are multiple tutorials that address both issues. I find the tutorials very helpful as I’m processing my data, it might be worth checking those out first.
