That is a very interesting idea but unfortunately no, there is no way to convert a QZV to a QZA. The QZV is usually the product of a distinct analysis and intermediate files are not stored! However, many QZVs allow you to download the data used in the visualization, e.g., for plotting… in some cases this can contain some of the same data that was in your QZA (e.g., alpha diversity results are sometimes added to metadata files that are stored in the QZV).
