I got the results of a study splitted for taxonomic levels, I got one sheet for phylum, one for order, one for class etc....Is there any way to combine all the results in one ASV table including all the information?

It would be helpful to me if you could give me more details about how you ran your study. Did you use qiime2? Which commands did you run? Do these 'sheets' all have the same sample ids? with more information I can have a better idea of what you have and the next steps you may take.
Have you tried searching the forum for a solution to your problem? I think there will be some useful posts for you to look through there as well.
