I am analyzing metazoan COI illumina data, I want to classify the sequence using COI-Classifiers by Wang et al. (2007). I try to import the taxonomy and reference file downloaded from the gitub in to qiime2, but it was not imported. please help me regards this issue

Hi @kulandai1!

We are missing some information that is critical for providing support:

  • Version of QIIME 2 you are running, and how it is installed (e.g. Virtualbox, conda, etc.)
  • What is the exact command or commands you ran? Copy and paste please.
  • What is the exact error message? If you didn't run the command with the --verbose flag, please re-run and copy-and-paste the results.
