How can I change the taxon names in my taxonomy.qza file from showing “D_0__Bacteria;D_1__Firmicutes;D_2__Clostridia;D_3__Clostridiales;D_4__Lachnospiraceae;D_5__Incertae Sedis;D_6__uncultured bacterium” with D0, D1, D2, etc. to having kingdom, family, order, etc?

I’d extract the results to a text file, use a good old fashioned find and replace in my favorite text editor, and then re-import the file. You can look at import and extract with the tutorials.
