Hi,
I am trying to download the .svg files generated in my core diversity results so that I can use them in a presentation. However, neither powerpoint nor illustrator/photoshop appear to recognize svg files. What is the recommended way to convert svg files into png or jpg formats?

Hi there @Ariangela_Davis! Sorry to hear things aren’t working, but unfortunately this might be out of our hands — it sounds like a problem related to illustrator or photoshop, which, we do not develop. One idea is to use Firefox or Chrome to open the SVGs in, and then print from there to a PDF. Another option is to check out Inkscape. Let us know how that goes, and good luck!
