I am a doctor who has just basic info about R. is it too hard to learn using qiime to analyze my NGS data? how long may it take if I dedicated time and effort?

Hi! One year and 3 month ago a I never heard about Qiime2 and didn’t know how to code. Now I am writing a draft with data processed in Qiime2 and wrote some scripts in Python as well. The community here on the forum and developers are very kind and helped me a lot. It’s not hard to catch up if you are motivated enough. I think that in couple of month you will perform everything you need. Good luck!
