Have you found the Qiime2 tutorials? These are super detailed and provide examples of how to process data using Qiime2.
Most start with fastq files, because those have quality scores which are important. If you could download the file SRR20485122.fastq.gz instead of the fasta file, you could process it as shown in the Moving Pictures Tutorial.
